Swirling, twirling,
Bound, unfurling;
Expand, contracting,
Such reacting
In a place
Unfettered by our time and space.
Past and Present, Future Fears,
All collide between our ears.
Breathe in,
Begin
To slow it down
Settle now
And realize how
This swirling, twirling,
Bound, unfurling,
Is seldom needed,
Best not heeded.
