Do I look okay?
Too big, too small, too bald, too…
Love You as you are.
When you feel unsuited for the earth,
And question your own sacred worth,
Look past the loneliness and fear.
Your difference is why you’re here.
When there’s no more you can do,
Withraw into the depths of you
When the world asks far too much,
And it appears you’ve lost your touch,
Recall the Spirit you’ve got inside
And in that sacred Light abide
For in the silence, God will speak
To make you strong when you feel weak
Please use caution lest you waste
The image that on you is placed
An image of eternity
Contained in all humanity
So give your tired bones a rest
And recognize that you are blessed
You’ve no workload obligation
With which to earn sanctification
You needn’t prove you’re holy stuff
For as you are, you are enough.
